After years of representing personal injury plaintiffs in both Erie and Niagara counties, Faraci Lange opened its Buffalo office in early 2012 in order to better serve Western New York clients more efficiently and effectively.
The Buffalo office operation has been a successful endeavor for the firm and continues to grow by expanding its areas of practice and experienced attorneys.
Frank J. Frascogna joined Faraci Lange in February 2012 and has since helped establish, grow, and manage the firm’s Buffalo office. Having been a civil litigator in the Buffalo area for over 25 years, he focuses his legal practice on personal injury litigation, primarily in the area of medical malpractice.
Frank is considered a top medical malpractice attorney in the Buffalo area and was named the Best Lawyers’ 2016 Buffalo, N.Y. Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year.
Peter F. Brady joined Faraci Lange in January 2014 and has been working as senior counsel in the firm’s Buffalo office since. He has over 30 years experience in personal injury litigation and has also served as an arbitrator and mediator for many years
Jennifer L. Fay is an associate attorney in Faraci Lange’s Buffalo office and has experience representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice claims, wrongful death claims, nursing home claims, motor vehicle accidents, and premise liability cases.
Jennifer was named as an Upstate New York Super Lawyers‘ Rising Star in 2015. She was also chosen to receive the Top 40 Under 40 Attorney Award for the state of New York.
