< MEET THE TEAM Carol A. McKenna Associate Carol focuses her legal practice on Social Security disability claims, SSI claims, and civil motion and appellate practice. She joined Faraci Lange in 1990, after earning her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Carol has worked on all types of personal injury litigation cases, including product liability, medical malpractice, toxic tort cases, automobile negligence, premises liability, and New York State Labor Law cases. During her studies at Northeastern University School of Law, she worked as a law clerk for a Superior Court judge and for several Massachusetts law firms, concentrating on plaintiff’s civil litigation. She is an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations, the Genesee Valley Trial Lawyers Association, the Greater Rochester Association of Women Attorneys, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. Carol has a peer review rating with the prestigious Martindale Hubble.
