Faraci Lange successfully resolved a case for a Walworth man who was injured in an automobile accident. The plaintiff was driving down the road when the driver of the vehicle in front of him lost control of her vehicle crossing into the oncoming lane of traffic and causing a driver traveling in the opposite direction to swerve and strike the plaintiff’s car on the driver’s side. The plaintiff sustained numerous injuries including a fractured left calf bone, a fractured left knee and a fracture of the left proximal shin bone. Due to these injuries, the plaintiff has post-traumatic arthritic changes.
We successfully resolved a case for two Walworth, NY children who were injured in a motor vehicle accident when the car they were riding in was hit by a negligent driver. Investigation showed that the oncoming truck had passed a red light, striking the car that they were in as it was making a left turn at a green arrow.
