< MEET THE TEAM John A. Falk Partner John joined Faraci Lange in 1997 and was named a partner in 2002. He focuses his legal practice on personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, product liability and negligence matters. Before joining the firm, he was an Assistant District Attorney for Monroe County and earned his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. An active member of the legal community, John is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Monroe County Bar Association and the Genesee Valley Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He also has been a lecturer for the Monroe County Bar Association and the Monroe Community College Police Academy. John is well respected in the legal community and has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating in both legal ability and ethics.
