< MEET THE TEAM Joseph A. Regan Senior Counsel Joseph focuses his legal practice on personal injury law, including medical malpractice, product liability, toxic torts and automobile accidents. He has been with the firm since 1978. He is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and the Cornell University Law School. Joseph is listed in the personal injury law section of the prestigious The Best Lawyers in America directory and is an active member of the legal community. Joseph is a sustaining member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has frequently lectured on a variety of trial topics at seminars on behalf of the New York State Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar Association.
