Faraci Lange TV commercial: Kathy – The rest of her life
Posted by Faraci LangeSome other law firms claim in their advertising that they have won hundreds of millions of dollars for their clients without giving any reasons how or why. In this way, the tone of much of their advertising implies that injury lawyers are simply an easy alternative to winning The New York Lottery. It is little wonder, therefore, that our profession is often so maligned.
The harsh reality is that many people who feel indifference, or even hostility, towards personal injury lawyers often take a completely different view the moment they themselves become injured through the errors of other people. When faced with lost wages, enormous medical bills and powerful insurance companies that refuse to pay much-needed compensation, they realize just how much they need a tough, experienced, sympathetic law firm to fight for them.
At Faraci Lange, we felt it important that our first foray into TV advertising made this point very clear. Based on an actual case we handled, this advertisement shows that winning a claim is not like winning the lottery, especially when the plaintiff may require expensive medical care, every hour of the day, for the rest of her life. It also stresses that we play close attention to how the money that we win for our clients can best be used – in both the short and long-term - to meet their needs.
All Faraci Lange’s branding and advertising is by Moon Brand. This commercial was filmed in Rochester and directed by Tim Wainwright.
