Elsa has been a resident of the Rochester area since 1972. She was born in Iowa and attended high school and business school in Iowa and Nebraska, respectively.

Elsa began her legal career as a legal secretary at Bausch & Lomb in 1981. In 1985, she began working for Jay Friedman, Esq., who specialized in personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability cases. When Jay joined the Chamberlain D’Amanda firm in 1993, Elsa went along and was promoted to paralegal. She worked in Chamberlain D’Amanda’s plaintiff’s personal injury department until 2007. Elsa joined Faraci Lange earlier this year and is presently working on cases with attorneys Brian Zorn, Matthew Belanger and Kathryn Lee..
