Kim is a Rochester native, having been raised in Brockport, New York and attending Brockport High School.

In 1983, Kim graduated from the State University of New York at Cortland and obtained her paralegal certificate from Adelphi University’s paralegal program. After graduation, Kim worked as an intellectual property paralegal for Eastman Kodak Company and Nixon Hargrave Devans & Doyle. In 1991, she moved to Ohio and spent ten years working for a plaintiff’s law firm specializing in medical malpractice, wrongful death, product liability and personal injury matters.

When Kim returned to the Rochester, New York area in 2005 she joined the Faraci Lange team specializing in personal injury, product liability and motor vehicle claims. She works mainly with attorneys John Falk and Angelo Faraci.
