Kristi has true southern roots being born and raised outside of Dallas, Texas. She eventually migrated north where she co-owned and operated her own business for over 12 years in New Jersey.

Relocating to Rochester in 2000, she has held office manager positions with two other companies prior to joining the Faraci Lange team in 2011. After training to become a court reporter, her entire career has been spent wearing many hats in various office positions - from accounting to human resources.
