Gina T. Crawford

Workers' Compensation Representative
Gina represents injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Board. Gina began working at Faraci Lange in 2001 as a litigation paralegal and subsequently specialized in workers’ compensation matters under the supervision of Edward McKowne, the head of that department. In 2006 Gina obtained her license to represent workers’ compensation claimants by the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board and has since been representing clients in all facets of workers’ compensation claims.

Gina is a Rochester native, having grown up in Irondequoit, New York. She attended high school at Aquinas Institute. From there she went on to earn her Bachelors degree in political science and pre-law from Nazareth College.

Following her graduation, Gina worked at Nixon Peabody LLP as a corporate paralegal specializing in forming for-profit and not-for-profit business entities, SEC filings and the Uniform Commercial Code filings. When Gina first joined Faraci Lange in 2001 she spent several years working closely with several partners on major personal injury cases. She also acted as the coordinator of the Dow Corning Breast Implant Trust program within the firm which involved over 100 clients.
