A graduate of Canisius College in 1976 and the SUNY Buffalo Law School in 1979, Peter F. Brady joined Faraci Lange in January 2014 and works in the firm’s Buffalo office. Previously, he was a partner for fifteen years with Brady & Schaeffer, LLP, where he represented plaintiffs in motor vehicle accident cases, underinsured motorist claims, construction accident cases and premises liability cases. He has over 30 years experience in personal injury litigation and has also served as an arbitrator and mediator for many years, resolving lawsuits for third–parties.
Peter is currently a member of the Bar Association of Erie County , the New York State Bar Association, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a past officer of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, and a former director of the Bar Association of Erie County .
Peter has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2016 edition of the Best Lawyers in America in the area of personal injury law.
In December of 2016, Peter spoke at a New York State Bar Association CLE seminar about Labor Law Claims, Coverage, and Litigation. His segment centered on injuries sustained by construction workers and lawsuits arising from those accidents.
