We successfully resolved a case for two Walworth, NY children who were injured in a motor vehicle accident when the car they were riding in was hit by a negligent driver. Investigation showed that the oncoming truck had passed a red light, striking the car that they were in as it was making a left turn at a green arrow. Faraci Lange successfully resolved a case for a Rochester man who was in a motorcycle accident on St. Paul Blvd when another driver suddenly pulled out in front of him from a side road. Our client sustained serious fractures on his left wrist and left ankle, both of which required surgery. Because of a long rehabilitation period, the client (who was self-employed in a personal service business) was unable to work and had income loss as well as substantial pain and disability. The case investigation produced a witness who supported our client’s position and thus, the case settled for the driver’s policy limits.

We successfully resolved an automobile accident case for a Spencerport woman who was rear-ended by an SUV on Empire Boulevard resulting in substantial damage to her vehicle and causing her to have a serious neck injury that required C4-5 / C5-6 fusion surgery. Although the surgery did much to reduce the client’s level of pain, she continues to have unrelenting residual pain and takes 4-5 ibuprofens every 4 hours every day just to manage it. At the time of the accident, our client was in excellent physical shape and exercised regularly. Due to the injuries caused by her accident, our client’s exercise regime is greatly reduced and thus has resulted not only in a loss of physical fitness and prowess but a loss of pride in her body and overall self-worth.
