Faraci Lange has successfully resolved thousands of cases for clients since 1968. Here are some summaries of just a small percentage of the toxic exposure cases that we have handled successfully.
Faraci Lange successfully resolved a case on behalf of a group of Brockport residents whose property was contaminated by poly chlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and polynucleated aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) which were discharged from a nearby manufacturing facility. Several of the plaintiffs developed cancer which attributed to their exposures.
Faraci Lange successfully resolved a case on behalf of a North Chili man and his wife who contracted malignant mesothelioma and later died from his work at Eastman Kodak Company due to exposure to asbestos in plastic molding compounds.
Faraci Lange successfully tried to verdict a case on behalf of a child from Rochester and his family. The child suffered severe lead poisoning due to chipping, peeling lead paint in his apartment that was reported but never remedied. The child suffered a permanent brain injury as a result of the lead poisoning which resulting in severe learning disabilities and personality disorder.

Faraci Lange successfully resolved a case on behalf of a group of Brockport residents whose groundwater was contaminated by Trichloroethylene (TCE) from two former plants near their homes which resulted in dimunition of property values and nuisance claims.
Currently in litigation in one of the largest suits involving vapor intrusion of solvent vapors, including Trichloroethylene, from contaminated groundwater from former IBM plant in Endicott, New York.
Currently involved in litigation involving ground water contamination in Central New York which contaminated drinking water wells for over 100 homes with Trichloroethylene, Dichloroethylene and Vinyl Chloride.
Faraci Lange successfully resolved product liability actions for six Western New York residents who died from malignant mesothelioma after working for many years in the plastic molding industry. Malignant mesothelioma is a rare cancer of the lining of the lung and peritoneum caused by exposure to asbestos. Prior to 1980, some plastic molding compounds contained asbestos as a component. These workers were exposed to the fiber at work and later developed and died from malignant mesothelioma.
