Faraci Lange announced today that Kristin A. Merrick has joined the law firm as an associate.
Merrick focuses her legal practice on personal injury litigation, including negligence matters, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and premise liability matters. She previously served as an assistant district attorney in the Monroe County District Attorney's office, where she prosecuted such offenses as sex crimes, child abuse, assault and driving while intoxicated.
Kristin Merrick is a member of the American Association for Justice, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Monroe County and New York State Bar Associations, and the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys. She resides in the town of Greece.
