Katrina L. Connelly Chief Operating Officer

In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Faraci Lange, Katrina L. Connelly oversees all administrative and business operations of the firm across both the Rochester and Buffalo offices. She is responsible for accounting and finance, internal controls, human resources and personnel administration, technology, marketing, facilities, and general services. Katrina works closely with the Managing Partner and Partnership to guide the firm’s strategic planning and long-term direction, ensuring that the firm operates efficiently while continuing to grow and evolve in a competitive legal marketplace.

Katrina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City in 2007 and later completed her Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester in June 2013. Her educational background combines creative marketing expertise with strong business and operational leadership.

Before returning to Rochester and joining Faraci Lange in 2010, Katrina lived and worked in Manhattan at 4Kids Entertainment, a licensing agency devoted to the creation, development, production, broadcasting, distribution, and manufacturing of children’s entertainment products. As a Brand Manager, she oversaw the day-to-day marketing and licensing activities for nationally recognized brands including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Monster Jam. This experience sharpened her skills in brand development, strategic marketing, and project management, all of which are skills she now brings to the legal industry.

In addition to her leadership role at Faraci Lange, Katrina is actively engaged in professional and community organizations. She is a member of the Western and Central New York Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators and served as its Board President from 2016 to 2019. Katrina has also been a member of the YWCA’s Empowering Women Luncheon Committee since 2022 and served as Event Chair for the 2024 and 2025 luncheons, helping advance the organization’s mission of empowering women and eliminating racism.

Katrina was honored as a 2020 recipient of the Rochester Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Award, which recognizes individuals under the age of 40 who have demonstrated professional excellence and made meaningful civic contributions to the community.

Outside of work, Katrina enjoys spending time with friends and family and most importantly with her partner, Kevin, and their three daughters. She brings the same energy, dedication, and care to her family life that she does to her professional leadership role at Faraci Lange.
