In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Faraci Lange, Katrina L. Connelly oversees all administrative and business-related operations of the firm for both the Rochester and Buffalo offices. She is responsible for the accounting, finance, internal controls, personnel administration, technology, marketing, facilities, and general services and assists the Managing Partner and Partnership with the firm’s strategic plan and direction.
Katrina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City in 2007 and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester in June of 2013.
Before moving back to Rochester and joining Faraci Lange in 2010, Katrina lived and worked in Manhattan at 4Kids Entertainment – a licensing agency devoted to the creation, development, production, broadcasting, distribution, and manufacturing of children’s entertainment products. In her role as Brand Manager, she oversaw the day-to-day marketing & licensing activities on popular kids’ brands such as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Monster Jam.
In addition to her role at Faraci Lange, Katrina is a member of the Western and Central New York Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators and is also a member of the Rochester New Leadership Council for the Western New York Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Katrina was selected as a 2020 recipient of the Forty Under 40 Award by the Rochester Business Journal which honors men and women, under the age of 40 who have achieved professional success and who have also made significant civic contributions to the community.
In her free time, Katrina likes to spend time with friends and family and most importantly with her boyfriend Kevin and their three daughters.
