Teagan C. Dolan
Teagan C. Dolan focuses her practice on toxic tort and environmental contamination, medical malpractice, defective drugs and medical devices, and other serious personal injury and wrongful death claims.
Before law school, Teagan built a career in the environmental sector. She received fellowship funding to design a grassroots water quality testing program in Appalachian coal country and coauthored a textbook chapter on ecological restoration. She went on to teach watershed ecology and calculate toxic air emissions. These experiences equipped her with a unique understanding of complex science and an unmatched curiosity which she leverages on behalf of her clients.
While in law school, Teagan was selected as the Executive Director of the Moot Court Program, where she was a two-time winner of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association Prize, the Robert Barker Award, and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. She also served as an editor for the Sustainable Development Code and NYSBA New York Environmental Lawyer. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she also dedicated hundreds of hours representing individuals at risk of homelessness.
In her free time, Teagan loves to bike, watch women’s soccer, and explore with her husband and daughter.
