Part V: Real & Demonstrative Evidence will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2013 and will be presented by Angelo Faraci, Esq. of Faraci Lange LLP, Dennis Gruttadaro, Esq. of Brown Gruttadaro Gaujean & Prato LLC, and Dale Worral, Esq. of Harris Beach PLLC.
Part VI: Daubert & Frye and Parker Foundation Challenges to Expert Opinions will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2013 and will be presented by Hon. Evelyn Frazee, Monroe County Supreme Court, Stephen Schwarz, Esq. of Faraci Lange LLP, and Christopher Thomas, Esq. of Nixon Peabody LLP.
All sessions will be held from 12:15pm - 2:00pm at The Rubin Center for Education located at 1 W. Main Street, 5th Floor. Please arrive at 11:30am for registration and lunch will be provided.
