Faraci Lange attorney, Hadley L. Matarazzo, presented the "Direct Exams: How to Make Your Witnesses Shine" CLE that took place on June 13, 2013 at Key Private Bank, One Bausch & Lomb Place. The CLE took place in the 2nd-floor conference room and lunch was provided. The CLE was presented by the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Attendees learned how to make their witnesses look good when examining witnesses in their own case. Special attention was given to direct examination of expert witnesses and cross-examination of defendants who you call in your own case-in-chief.
